Cancellation Policy

Charges & Outstanding Payments
Cancellation does not automatically waive unpaid charges. Depending on agreement, the following may apply:
- Pending subscription or renewal invoices
- One-time setup or onboarding fees
- Usage-based charges incurred before cancellation date
- Applicable contractual commitments
What Happens After Cancellation
- Service access may be suspended immediately or on cycle-end
- Associated resources and support scope may be terminated
- Account data retention may follow compliance and backup policy
- Reactivation may require a fresh order or setup
Cancellation and Refund Relationship
Cancellation and refund are separate processes. A cancellation request does not guarantee refund approval.
