Cancellation Policy for W3 Soft Services

Cancellation Policy

At W3 Soft, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a service. Our cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations can be made.

You may cancel our services under the following conditions:

2. Process for Cancellation:

Charges & Outstanding Payments

Cancellation does not automatically waive unpaid charges. Depending on agreement, the following may apply:

  • Pending subscription or renewal invoices
  • One-time setup or onboarding fees
  • Usage-based charges incurred before cancellation date
  • Applicable contractual commitments

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Service access may be suspended immediately or on cycle-end
  • Associated resources and support scope may be terminated
  • Account data retention may follow compliance and backup policy
  • Reactivation may require a fresh order or setup

Cancellation and Refund Relationship

Cancellation and refund are separate processes. A cancellation request does not guarantee refund approval.
